Returns & Exchanges

At Selvedge Magazine, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unread or unworn, and with all original packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive an authorized return form.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a tracked postal service to our warehouse address; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days and notify you via email.
